Seniors Kelly Pash, already the 200 and 400 IM winner, led a group of five Longhorns as the top swimmers in the women’s 100 freestyle while junior Carson Foster, already with a pair of individual medley wins already captured, edged teammate Ethan Harder for the top spot in the men’s 200 backstroke. While none recorded any world-beating times, a pair of swimmers are in position to win their third individual title each. With both the Texas women and men cruising to another Big 12 title, the Longhorns ended up with the top qualifying time in every individual event Saturday.
